The Fox Racing 180 Image Cosmo kit pairs moisture-wicking jersey construction with ergonomically designed pants that accommodate the forward-leaning riding position. Leather knee panels resist heat and abrasion from contact with knee braces and the bike, whilst TruMotion® stretch panels maintain mobility through the full range of riding movements. Enhanced Knee Durability
Heat and abrasion-resistant leather panels protect the knee area from the friction and heat generated by contact with knee braces, guards, and the bike itself. This construction prevents the premature wear-through that typically occurs in this high-contact zone, significantly extending the usable life of the pants compared to standard fabric construction.
Ergonomic Riding Position
Rider Attack Position™ (RAP) construction pre-shapes the pants to match the bent-knee, forward-leaning posture you maintain when riding. This tailored fit eliminates the pulling and bunching that occurs when standard straight-cut pants are forced into riding positions, reducing pressure points behind the knees and allowing you to move more freely on the bike.
Unrestricted Movement
Woven TruMotion® zonal all-way stretch panels flex in multiple directions, accommodating the diverse movements required during riding—standing on the pegs, shifting weight side-to-side, and extending legs during jumps. This flexibility means you're not fighting against restrictive fabric when making aggressive body position changes.
Active Moisture Management
The jersey's moisture-wicking polyester fabric pulls perspiration away from your skin to the outer surface where it can evaporate more quickly. This process helps prevent the saturated, heavy feeling that develops when sweat accumulates against your body, maintaining comfort during extended riding sessions and helping to regulate your core temperature.
Increased Airflow
Vented mesh paneling in the jersey creates channels for air to pass through rather than being blocked by solid fabric. Combined with mesh collar and sleeve cuffs, this construction allows heat to escape whilst cooler air can enter, particularly noticeable when riding at speed or in warm conditions.
Structural Durability
The 600D polyester construction in the pants' main body resists tearing and abrasion from boots, the bike, and environmental contact. This heavier-weight fabric maintains its structural integrity through repeated wear, whilst the screen-printed graphics resist fading and peeling better than traditional heat transfers.
Included Impact Protection
Hip pads come fitted in the pants, providing additional protection in an area particularly vulnerable during crashes or contact with the bike. These pads absorb impact energy that would otherwise transfer directly to your hip bones, reducing the severity of bruising and impact injuries.
Secure Jersey Position
The drop tail design extends the rear hem of the jersey lower than a standard cut, creating extra length that remains tucked into your pants waistband even when leaning forward on the bike. This prevents the uncomfortable gap that exposes your lower back to dirt, debris, and roost.
