Instructions for use

For optimal results with Arm-Pump, most notably on Race/Event days, apply as follows:

1. Pre-load your system by applying 5 squirts of Arm-Pump to the relevant area first thing in the morning.
2. Ensure you then top-up your system by applying 5 squirts of Arm-Pump again to the relevant area, 30-40 minutes before each race.
3. Once applied to the skin and massaged in, the oil easily absorbs through the skin into the muscles and bloodstream. The benefits are noticeable approximately 30 minutes following application.
4. Do not use on pre-existing skin conditions.
5. Do not use during pregnancy.
